My name is Ellie Trotta and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Burbank, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have worked with a wide variety of clients who experience difficulties with anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as chronic mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar, and various personality disorders. My approach is very client-centered, and I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to success in therapy, I am very attuned to which techniques would work best for my clients.
I have experience integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques specifically tailored to my client's needs while providing a compassionate and safe space to promote healing.
