The DBT Skills Group for Men is a group geared towards men who want to improve their emotion regulation skills. The group contains four modules including distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and mindfulness. New members can join in between each module. The group meets virtually on Wednesday afternoons from 1:45pm - 2:45pm.
