I specialize in therapy for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, and the many other challenges of navigating the world. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I create a safe, nurturing environment for clients to freely express themselves and develop resilience.
