Hi, my name is Elisha Manning. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with passion for helping individuals learn healthy ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and process trauma. I have experience working with individuals with complex trauma, substance use, and a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. My approach to therapy is to create a supportive, safe environment for growth and partnership. My approach to therapy includes CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT techniques.
My client focus consists of adults struggling to adjust to major life changes, have increased stress, or need support processing trauma. I work with adults who are looking to improve healthy communication skills, boundary setting skills, and coping skills to manage mental health symptoms.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, judgement free environment where individuals can explore their emotions and build confidence to make steps towards their goals.
