Being seen, heard and known is truly a priceless gift in moments of anguish. You don't have to hold it alone. Finding acceptance and making peace with these challenges can be easier when you are supported. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community with lived experience managing endometriosis, I understand this deeply. I provide research based tools and interventions that alleviate symptoms like stress, anxiety, sadness or irritability. I pair well with clients who are motivated, tired of feeling stuck and ready to transform. My approach is warm, compassionate and heart-led.
While attending to thoughts and emotions is part of the therapeutic process, I encourage clients to drop into the body and to continue our work outside of the therapy hour with practical assignments to expedite progress. I integrate mindfulness, breath work practices and somatic approaches to help recalibrate the nervous system and facilitate coherence.
Coming to therapy takes real courage! Whatever brought you to this page, know that it doesn't have to stay this way - you can do this. The therapeutic relationship remains the strongest predictor of client success; if you feel called to connect, please reach out. We can only move at the speed of trust. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you.

I believe in the inherent dignity and worth that each of us carries and in our innate capacity for healing. My role is to help clear the path by providing a container to allow you to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Focusing on a felt sense of what's happening in the body and parts of yourself that may need attention, we'll expand your capacity for both.

My first task when we meet is to get really get to know you. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that I call our roadmap for care. The initial focus is often on symptom relief/stabilization using skills like breath work and mindfulness, but I really tailor this to your needs. From there, we typically expand our focus to improving areas like work, relationships or addressing trauma symptoms.
