Hello! It's my honor to help you move past your past and create a life worth living. You may be struggling with feeling emotionally disconnected, shut down, or numb. You may be feeling lonely even in your closest relationships. You may be finding yourself intellectualizing or avoiding emotions and suspect it may be connected to a painful past. I love helping clients overcome and thrive in spite of their past, feel more comfortable in their own skin, expand capacity for a broader emotional experience, and be more connected to self and others in the present and future.
I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma and related symptoms, including difficulty managing emotions, dissociation, relationship and self-esteem issues. My approach is humanistic; I see people as ever-changing, inspiring, and limitless. Inspirations include existentialism, post-colonialism, attachment theory, nature, and solitude. AANHPI & LGBTQ aligned.
I welcome transparency, bring an intentional yet flexible agenda to each session, and have been described as warm and professional.
