Hello, I’m Elise! I work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–21 navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported. I guide clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and family transitions.
I use Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and child-centered, play-based interventions. I am supervised by a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor as I work toward play therapy credentialing, tailoring sessions to each child’s developmental needs.
I love partnering with parents to strengthen connection, understand their child’s needs, and explore family patterns that can shift to invite growth. I believe play is how children express themselves, and together, we support families in building resilience, understanding, and meaningful change.
