I care deeply about being a place where people can finally exhale. For some, therapy is the first space where they feel safe enough to say what’s actually been sitting underneath everything, without filtering, minimizing, or bracing for judgment. I don’t take that lightly. My work is rooted in understanding how our earliest relationships shape the way we move through the world. I’m especially drawn to attachment patterns, intergenerational trauma, and the lasting impact of parental or caregiver wounds. These experiences often show up quietly in relationships, in self-worth, and in the ways we protect ourselves without realizing it.
I spend a lot of time working with adults and emerging adults who are making sense of relationships, identity, and expectations that don’t always feel like their own. This includes navigating modern dating, challenges with emotional availability and connection, and the push-pull of wanting closeness while also feeling guarded or unsure what’s safe.
I also have a strong interest in working with high-masking neurodivergent individuals who have learned to adapt or “keep up,” often at the expense of feeling understood or knowing themselves clearly. Together, we can slow things down and create space for something more honest, sustainable, and aligned with who you actually are, at a pace that feels right.
