About
When a person feels safe enough to share their story with a trusted therapist, they will inevitably open to new ways of understanding themselves. It is through self-awareness that people are able to promote change in themselves and in their lives. I truly believe we are all capable of growing with the right support.
It is always my commitment to be present and open to my clients needs and goals without judgement, and to honor each client’s pace. Therapy is, after all, a journey that may involve examining life events that are fragile and deserve time and space for expression.
I work individually with young adults (18+) to older adults (65+) and employ a variety of therapeutic methods and strategies to help clients grow, meet goals and make meaningful changes in their lives. To bear witness to my clients is a great honor and I believe therapy to be a brave and rewarding endeavor. I invite you to explore this option.
