I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, primarily addressing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, bereavement, OCD, challenging family dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. I maintain a relational approach while also attuning to how systemic oppression affects people’s lives and communities.
