About
**Please note: E-Mail strongly preferred** Defining oneself and discovering your own inner truth in the face of adversity can be challenging. I can say from personal experience that psychotherapy was immensely helpful on that journey. One of my goals in life is to pay it forward by joining others on their quest.
My therapeutic approach is direct, conversational and humorous - because, life can be absurd! I enjoy working with adult individuals of vastly diverse backgrounds and experiences, customizing the therapeutic process to fit the needs of each client.
I genuinely understand what it's like to feel as though you're an outsider and different. I was born with Spina Bifida and am therefore physically disabled. Although this is a part of who I am, it does not entirely define me. Each of us is both student and teacher and I look forward to accompanying you on your path toward inner growth!
