I specialize in couples therapy and experiential therapy with individuals to address relational concerns as well as other concerns such as, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can feel seen and understood. I work with clients to get to the root of their emotional experience and find healing, clarity, and growth.
I have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory which I use with both couples and Individuals. I have also received training in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration to help support and provide safety to those seeking psychedelic treatment or who would like to integrate an experience.
