I work with couples and adult women. The couples I work with want to communicate differently & connect on a deeper level. They are ready to do deep work together that truly changes the relationship & supports each partner’s individual growth. Together we work to create sustainable changes in the relationship that shift old interactions and open up a new way of being together. The work we do helps each person gain new insights into their own perspective, as well as perspectives of their partner. The women I work with are ready to make sense of what they are feeling, experience growth and free themselves of unhelpful patterns.

I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) - a framework that has great success in helping couples navigate conflict, repair wounds, and strengthen closeness. I help people connect their emotional bodily responses with their minds and their hearts - making sense of how they are all connected. For my work with women, I use parts work and inner child.

It can be overwhelming to start therapy. My goal is to make therapy approachable and a safe base for you as you rebuild your connection and facilitate growth.
