About

For those of you who are experiencing life transitions, or those who want to embark on a new path than the one you seem to be stuck on, I invite you to take a deep breath. Take a moment for yourself, and see if I feel like the right therapist for you. My goal as a therapist is to unconditionally support every client, no matter where they are in life. I offer an integrative approach which combines a multicultural, trauma-informed and mindfulness practice, creating a space where your past, present and future can be welcomed.
You’ll process, learn, and integrate new tools for success for your relationships with yourself and others, and make new choices that are right for you. I’d like to create a space with you where you feel accepted. A space where you can offer every part of yourself a new way to navigate the world.
My primary areas of therapeutic specialization are with individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors, grief and/or substance use. If you identify as multicultural, are part of the LGBTQ+ community and/or feel that who you are differs from what society wants you to be, I invite you to connect with me.
