I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and respected. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, OCD, and life transitions. I take a collaborative, grounded approach and often integrate mindfulness and grounding techniques to help clients build emotional regulation skills and feel more centered in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate CBT and ACT within a strengths-based framework. Creativity and play are often part of my work with children, while sessions with teens and adults focus on practical coping tools and reflection.
Showing up for therapy can feel like a big step—and that’s completely okay. My space is warm, welcoming, and flexible, where kids, teens, and adults can show up just as they are.
Outside of therapy, I love going on walks with my dog, traveling, and spending time with my family!
