However you have come to find yourself pursuing therapy, welcome. Being human beings on this earth is a complicated thing, it is a chaotic time to be living life, and you are worthy of finding some space for care and support as you navigate through how to be a human.
I've been trained in trauma-informed, psychodynamic therapy, as well as narrative focused trauma care. Working from a somatic lens has become inherent to my work, because our bodies are unique and complex. I work with children 8yrs and up, teens and adults, with areas of focus being life transitions, chronic illness, school struggles, & eating disorders.
Our work together will be to hold curiosity for all the parts of you that have been formed through your relationships, life, stories, and how they impact you today. Therapy is hard work, brave work too. I would love to accompany you through this season of your life, as you continue to grow and find your place in this wide, world.
