Helping individuals and couples overcome challenges with relationships, boundaries, communication, and self-esteem (among many other issues) is the great honor of my life! Instead of relying on a single style of therapy, I use a varied, holistic approach that is specifically tailored to each unique human. I am here to help you learn, heal, and grow. Life is too challenging to handle alone. Seeking help is a courageous step. Although I specialize in working with committed couples and women in their 30s, I welcome adult Coloradans of all genders, ages, and backgrounds who have a growth mindset and are committed to doing their work.

A trusting therapeutic relationship is key to achieving self-awareness and behavioral goals. Positive transformation happens through a collaboration between the client and therapist. I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths and foster new empowerment. My approach is eclectic and leans on A.C.T., Mindfulness, and The Developmental Process.
