I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are navigating/coping with a wide variety of issues, including coping with grief and loss, anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, relationship/interpersonal concerns, trauma, ADHD, or identity concerns. If you have ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions or your current circumstances, are dealing with burnout, or have felt trapped by loneliness and isolation, I would be honored to provide a safe space to help and support you as you process these difficult stressors.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. My clinical experience includes working with diverse populations across age groups and cultural backgrounds. In my work with clients, I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
