In my practice, I help clients navigate change by recognizing their emotions, inspiring insight, exploring their beliefs, and getting in touch with their bodies. Together, we explore the roots of your issues with the goal of reducing anxiety and depression, processing past traumas, understanding your relationships, and making meaning out of life transitions and loss.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing infertility, miscarriages, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns, creating a safe and gentle space to help integrate these profound changes and explore acceptance. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I bring a multicultural approach to my work and also offer sessions in Spanish.
