How can you tell the difference between anxiety and intuition? It’s a question we’ve all asked ourselves at some point. Most of us weren’t taught how to deal with emotions as kids. We were taught to behave and obey, and consequently learned how to people please and not make waves. Now as adults, it’s hard to honor our needs, feel worthy enough to shift unhealthy dynamics, or experience the full weight of our grief.
With somatic psychotherapy, we begin to gently untangle this. At your own pace, we explore the difference between anxiety and intuition by building a deeper connection with your body. You learn to trust your inner signals and feel your feelings instead of thinking them.
