My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand yourself and move through what’s been holding you back. I take a collaborative, transparent approach and aim to create a space that feels genuine and supportive. Sessions are meant to feel like real conversations—I’m open to dark humor, curious about your interests, and enjoy helping you understand how your brain works. The most rewarding part of my work is being there for those “aha” moments, when things click and a clearer path to healing comes into focus.
I specialize in BPD, religious trauma, and generalized depression and anxiety which are rampant in our chaotic world. My approach often includes reframing unhelpful thoughts, building assertiveness, understanding and managing emotions, using trauma-informed care, and gently processing past experiences so they don’t keep running the show.
I see adults (18+) from all walks of life and affirming to all identities. Education on social justice issues, including racial, cultural, and religious differences, is a top priority for me. Not all human experiences can be expressed verbally, so I am trained in both traditional talk therapy and offer art therapy as well.
