I tend to work with self-described "over-thinkers" who might already be self-aware, but need help learning how to fully feel, process and express their emotions.
As a therapist, I strive to approach people with non-judgment and vulnerability, and provide a space for them to fully explore and express their emotions. A caring therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest tools. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ populations, weight-neutral body image issues and Exposure/Response Prevention for OCD.
