I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through this treatment method, I teach my clients to identify, examine, and replace unhelpful thinking patterns. The goal is to facilitate clients to improve their mood and to make changes that more closely align with the life they want to live.
I pride myself in working with a culturally diverse group of clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual, couple, and family counseling. My clients are able to meet their treatment goals and successfully complete therapy within a mutually agreed number of sessions.
My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I actively listen, ask open-ended questions, and offer gentle guidance that encourages exploration without judgment. I strive to meet each client where they are—emotionally, mentally, and culturally—while creating a calm, respectful, and affirming space.
