Everyone needs a place where they can speak freely about the things that are hurting them. I know I want that in my own life and my goal is to come to each session and provide that for my clients. I believe that our lives have the potential to be magnificent, but it takes work to pull out of the things that have hurt us or held us back.
I love working with people from all backgrounds, and I think people are absolutely amazing! I love being able to witness people finding their inner strength and going and creating a beautiful life for themselves.
I specialize in working with individuals 14 years and up who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Grief and Bereavement. With my background in Art and Music I utilize tools from each of these in my therapy, as well as problem solving strategies and building upon the strengths of my clients. I absolutely love what I do.
I love seeing the changes that take place within a client once they come to terms with the hard things in their life. The best part is seeing them transform and become a person that they themselves have respect and admiration for. Humans are pretty cool, and are so amazing at effecting change, once given the chance.
