As a therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or chronic pain. I have an immense understanding and compassion for those suffering in these areas, and I genuinely understand how challenging it can be. I believe that every person has the innate ability to recover, learn, and grow, even during painful and dark times. I know how stressful it can be to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with, and it is my goal to make therapy a positive experience for you. I strive to provide a warm, gentle, and caring space for my clients in a telehealth setting.

My specialized areas of practice are anxiety disorders, depression, and chronic pain. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and compassion driven. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and utilize techniques that are specifically effective in treating these areas.

I understand the importance of building a therapeutic relationship with my clients that is based on empathy and trust. It is my heartfelt desire to help you feel validated and understood, while offering hope and a light at the end of the tunnel.
