My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate the complexities of attachment repair, substance use, and emotional resilience. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I create a safe space for exploration and growth. I want to help you find your voice, and to realize the freedom and hope that comes from emotional recovery.
As an EMDR-informed, IFS-trained, trauma-sensitive practitioner, my style of therapy begins with engaging each person's strengths and interests in order to build a lifestyle based in the reality of now. I am trained as a social worker: together we will look to the environmental forces that create and contribute to the challenges in your daily life.
