You can ask any questions, get to know me, and we'll nail down some goals for working together. There is no pressure to share anything you aren't ready to talk about. This is your time.
My specialty is actually keeping things simple. You won't hear huge complicated terms, diagnosis, and suggestions for extreme measures here. Most of our struggles are simply a response to something happening in our life. We will work together to figure out what you're responding to and how you'd like to approach change.
