Clients seek me out for therapy that feels genuine and hopeful, where you're seen as a whole person, not someone only defined by your struggles. Sessions feel like meaningful conversations with a trusted colleague. I offer short-term work to process recent difficulties, and longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns. With specialized EMDR training, I help clients heal from trauma. I also treat OCD using Inference-Based CBT and work with specific phobias, including emetophobia. Whether addressing something recent or diving deeper, I'm here with compassion and expertise.

My clients are most often women+, the LGBTQIA+ community and first responders. I also enjoy providing therapy to other therapists. Many of my clients are in the midst of relationship endings or divorce, and I help them recover and feel like themselves again.

With high deductibles, you may pay out of pocket almost as much to see a provider who takes insurance. I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits. EMDR intensives are a different rate than individual therapy sessions.
