Through communication skills building, partners and family members can improve their relationships and the quality of their lives.
We have to teach our partners how to love us in the way we need. A lot of people have never learned to love themselves, so they don’t know what they need emotionally. Without emotional connection, love and commitment are doomed. Learning about yourself helps you understand your partner, love them in the way they need, and teach them how to love you.
