I have been providing therapy in various settings for the last ten years. My goal is to offer therapy that is meaningful and specific to you, your life experience and most especially your goals. My practice is enriched through Mindfulness, CBT and boundary setting. My specialization is working with clients on strengths based individualized approaches.
