Currently accepting new clients ages 18+. I’m a licensed social worker with 15+ years of mental health experience. As a neurodivergent clinician, I support neurodivergent adults navigating masking, burnout, self-criticism, relationships, and the demands of daily life. My approach is practical, strengths-based, and affirming, helping you better understand yourself and build a life that fits your needs. I also support clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma/PTSD, grief, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I work with clients in person in at my office in Cedar Rapids and across Iowa via telehealth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in humor and practical strategies. Drawing from ACT, CBT, humanistic, narrative, feminist, systems, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and deepen self-understanding.
Outside of therapy, I’m a lifelong Iowan living with my partner and our cats. I’m usually reading, playing board games, checking out quirky local shops, collecting colorful plushies, or watching anime. I like finding little things that are fun, interesting, cozy, or just make everyday life a bit more enjoyable.

I'm a neurodivergence-affirming therapist who works with autistic adults, ADHDers, and others whose minds work differently. I don't see neurodivergence as something to "fix," but as a different way of experiencing the world, with its own strengths and challenges. My focus is on understanding, support, and helping clients build lives that work for them—not lives built around masking.
