I hope to help you balance this by also practicing strategies to stay in the present, where joy thrives and is waiting to have a bigger presence in your life.
Over the last decade, I've had the opportunity to support those who struggle with issues such as adjustment, trauma, substance use, suicidality, and relationships. While I strive to help my clients "dig deep," there is still room for humor, one of our best medicines. Healing is equally about balance.
