Sometimes the heaviness comes from feelings of anxiety, depression, life transitions, loneliness, spiritual challenges, communication issues or even relationship fractures. I love working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I am dual licensed. I have experience working with ages from 9yrs to 60+. I have worked in school systems as a Mental Health Professional and a Substance Abuse Counselor. I have a firm belief that each person is of infinite value, within them is also the innate ability to change an improve.
This belief system allows me to work with people from all walks of life with positive regard. I believe in a systemic approach to therapy which encompasses the individual, couple or family systems that contribute to the need or desire for change. I honor those who put themselves in my care. I believe that together as a team goals can be reached.
