I help couples deepen their connection, strengthen communication, and create the relationship they truly want. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply wanting to grow together, I offer a supportive space where both partners can feel seen, heard, and understood.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and sex therapy, I help couples move beyond recurring arguments to better understand the emotions, needs, and patterns shaping their relationship. Together, we explore and release the protective strategies that may once have helped you cope however now create distance.
My approach is holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body and spirit. I welcome couples from diverse backgrounds, identities, cultures, and relationship structures, and I strive to create an affirming, nonjudgmental environment where growth feels possible.
