**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Anxiety and depression can be crippling to ones ability to succeed in life. I strive to help individuals to not only overcome these challanges, yet to be able to find new pathways of thinking that they can use throughout their life. Using techniques derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy, I work with clients and tailor my treatment to each clients individual needs. I aim to provide a positive, encouraging and comfortable space for my clients to engage in therapy.
Along with anxiety and depression, I enjoy working with children & adolescents. I love helping them & their families overcome stressors which may affect the entire family. Creating a trusting bond with a therapist can empower children to set and achieve goals that they make in therapy.
My practice is centered on positive thinking, finding solutions to the problems you are facing. Focusing on what we can do to change the undesired situation rather then getting stuck in negative thinking cycles can create hope for change and open up many new possibilities.
