I embody a goal oriented practice- focused on alleviating bodily discomfort and adding more self care tools for your toolbox. I focus on reprocessing trauma networks in the mind and body's subconscious and conscious. I love working with ambitious young BIPOC professionals through hard moments. I'm a lifelong learner and am regularly attending EMDR seminars.
I identify second generation AAPI, somewhere between not enough and too much asian, and believe in the joy of comfort and softness. I fell in love with EMDR because of its sense of comfort and empowerment. I'm a forager, cat mom, and goal oriented. I've been sought out because I can bring a sense of support, vulnerability and excitement for change.
