| Português I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specialized to work with couples struggling with intercultural differences. You might feel like there is a disconnect between you and your partner which has led you to feel distant from each other. Maybe you disagree on how to raise the children, or what traditions and routines should look like in your family. These differences may also show up in your relationship with extended family. You are tired of discussing these topics and always ending in an argument with your partner. You want to feel closer to your partner, but you feel stuck and do not know how to make things better.
I am here to help you. We will work together to track patterns of communication and interactions in your relationship that have not been working and help you to learn new skills and different ways to find common ground and increase your intimacy with your partner. I provide session in English or Portuguese.
I consider you brave for seeking out help and I promise to provide a space where you can feel safe to share and express your worries and emotions. I will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone while supporting you through the changes you want to make in your life.
