I work with adults who are untangling layers of trauma, identity, and life transitions. Many of my clients are queer, trans, neurodivergent, or chronically ill and looking for a therapist who understands those lived realities. Together we explore how old stories, cultural messages, and body-based experiences shape self-worth & relationships. I use humor, curiosity, and creativity to help people feel supported in bringing their full selves to therapy. Whether we’re working with grief, trauma, or identity exploration, I see myself as a fellow traveler - someone to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice and reimagine your story.
I help adults explore complex trauma, identity, and life changes. Using narrative, feminist, somatic, and parts work approaches, I support clients in rewriting harmful stories and building self-compassion. Together, we'll create space for growth, healing, and connection.
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and shaped by your needs. You don’t have to carry your story alone - healing can be both serious and playful.
