I am a Resident in Counseling (RIC) with over 2 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking assistance with concerns or conditions related to depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, identity issues, and substance use. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ithaca College and received my Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University.

I utilize collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based, solutions-focused (SFT), and psychodynamic approaches to therapy. I always maintain the ability, flexibility, and awareness necessary to adjust my approach to meet each individual’s strengths and needs.
