My practice involves a focus on both diagnostic evaluation and treatment. I am highly experienced in evaluating children, adolescents and adults regarding issues of learning disorders, ADHD as well as mood and anxiety difficulties. This includes evaluation for test accommodations resulting in detailed reports containing specific recommendations to assist with treatment planning, learning strategies, test accommodations and/or educational modifications. In addition, I provide coaching and/or cognitive remediation tailored to individuals challenged by attention, memory or executive functioning.
In terms of treatment, I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety and/or behavioral issues as well as ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. My treatment approach is integrative and utilizes psychodynamic, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral treatments.
