I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults and treat a broad range of issues with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes and transitions. I provide in-person sessions as well as telehealth appointments upon request. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to those interested in starting therapy.
