If you have trouble launching into something, keeping up momentum, getting places, or being in social situations, I got you covered! As a Recreational Therapist and Certified Life Coach, I strive to meet my clients where they are at. I want to empower you to make the positive changes in your life to create and maintain a better version of yourself. Whether it be rock climbing for the first time, meal prepping and going to the grocery store, attending a recovery meeting or navigating the dating world, I provide guidance and mentoring through what can sometimes be a daunting endeavor.
I offer individualized Life Coaching incorporating Recreational "activity based" Therapy to help empower people to build the lifestyle they want to create. This group will have two parts. It will begin with a process portion, where you and your fellow group members will be able to relate on similar struggles, whether it be with mental health, relationships, difficulties in work or school, and more. You will receive support and feedback from others' personal experiences. The second part will be led by one of the therapists, in which a relevant topic brought up during the process portion will be discussed in more depth. The skills presented during this time will be informed by CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, or Recreational Therapy
