I often work with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and/or ENM/polyamorous. I also support clients who are impacted by systemically harmful ideologies, beliefs, and policies in the world. As a client-centered therapist, I provide a warm and engaging space of exploration, learning, and support. I hold the view that we can find greater inner peace and growth when we examine and accept difficult emotions instead of trying to "fix" or remove them. My passion is to empower you to uncover intrinsic wholeness through conversation, body awareness, and movement. I am invested in liberation for all across the globe.
My training is in nature-based therapy and trauma/attachment work. I use a body-centered approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. I am also in the process of being trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE). My therapeutic lens is rooted in a deep introspection about the impact of white supremacist capitalist cis-sexist ableist ideology.
