My goal is to create a caring and safe environment for you, so you can talk openly about your issues. We will begin by exploring your emotions, thoughts,and patterns that exist in your relationships. I'll work with you to create long-term change in your life by understanding the root causes of your problems. My primary focus areas are individual and couples therapy. I specialize in working with interpersonal issues, trauma, substance abuse, and mood disorders. I also help people with career and leadership issues, leveraging my 10+ years of HR experience.
I specialize in building a strong, collaborative relationship with clients. The therapy process works best when it's based on mutual trust and respect. I have in-depth experience working with individuals struggling with connecting to others, survivors of sexual assault, couples struggling with communication, anxiety issues, and substance abuse.
