I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, & major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, caregivers, immigrants, helpers, or leaders who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck despite appearing “fine” on the outside. Together, we work to better understand patterns, process emotions, strengthen relationships, & build more grounded and connected ways of moving through life.
I'm a CSW in Colorado (and coach elsewhere) with additional training in EMDR, breathwork, somatic awareness, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in nervous system awareness, mindfulness, attachment-focused work, and EMDR-informed practices. I help clients navigate stress, trauma, relational conflict, and overwhelm with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and able to show up fully as themselves. Healing often begins with feeling understood.
