The reality is that at some point during our lives will need some kind of help. I'm passionate about supporting individuals, couples, & families address challenges associated with life & trauma, because nobody effortlessly waltzes into great relationships.
With 15+ years in the field, I'm trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization&Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego-state/IFS therapies, Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) & Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I'm a Prepare & Enrich facilitator for Pre-marital support. I offer weekend intensives to get months of treatment done in 2-3 days.
