If you are queer, neurodivergent, or have experienced relational or religious trauma, you’re probably exhausted from constantly fighting with yourself. You might wonder why you’re always drained even though you feel like you’re never doing enough. To someone looking from the outside, it might look like you’re just sitting on the couch. But inside feels like all-out war between different parts of you that are fighting over what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Your body may not be moving, but your mind is racing. No wonder you don’t have any energy left.
If you’re ready to get to know who you are behind the noise, you’re in the right place. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where people can untangle the mess they’re facing and find out who they are underneath. In sessions, you can expect me to gently challenge you to be present with emotions and experiences you might otherwise try to avoid.
I mainly use internal family systems (IFS) therapy and offer sandtray therapy and Minecraft for when words just aren't enough. This approach helps clients find peace on the inside so they can live more boldly on the outside. If you are interested in working with me, contact me to book a free 30-minute consultation. I look forward to getting to know you!

I support adults who are queer and/or neurodivergent who have experienced relational and religious trauma. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach, knowing that the parts of you that you or others don't always like have positive intentions even if they cause harm. These include parts that lash out at others, use substances, self-harm, and have suicidal thoughts.

Elijah is a thoughtful, skilled, and warm clinician. I appreciate both his fun personality, as he is easy to connect with and feel comfortable with, AND his depth of clinical knowledge and ability to hold space for people as they heal and grow.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and have completed the IFS Institute Level 1 training. Using this approach, we will explore the various parts of you and help connect you to your deeper Self. By doing so, you can find greater acceptance for your parts and live more authentically. I also use sandtray therapy for both in-person and telehealth clients.
