My extensive journey as a counselor has taught me that, wherever one finds oneself in life, lasting change is not only possible, but within reach. I specialize in helping clients to cope with depression, anxiety, marital and family conflicts, trauma, grief, codependency, attachment, and substance use. Having been raised bilingual, I am fluent in French.
Having served in schools, universities, hospitals, and the military, I have counseled individuals from a broad range of cultures and socioeconomic situations.
