For couples, my goal is to help each person gently uncover the patterns that create tension. Sessions focus on strengthening communication, and better understanding both your partner’s inner world and the larger ecosystem of your relationship.

I specialize in helping clients reconnect with their voice, explore stuck patterns, and access more ease and self-trust. Using a blend of psychodynamic approaches, Gestalt, CBT and mindfulness, we'll create a space that feels safe, curious, and collaborative so you can make real and lasting change. My style is compassionate, yet straightforward and honest.
