At times you may feel emotionally reactive, disconnected, or unable to make decisions. In other moments, you may feel very little, while your body carries the burden through anxiety, insomnia, or physical symptoms. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet struggle with something that feels difficult to name or understand.

My work is grounded in psychoanalysis, focusing on understanding the emotional roots of your difficulties rather than only managing symptoms. Together, we explore patterns, relationships, and internal conflicts so that you can think more clearly, feel more stable, and relate to yourself and others in a different way.
